Product features
The advantages of using artificial graphite hot pressing molds for pressure sintering of high-quality alloys: if the pressing temperature increases to 1350-1450 ºC, the required unit pressure can be reduced to 1/10 of the pressure during cold pressing; Pressing and heating are carried out in the same process, and a dense sintered body can be obtained after a short period of sintering.
The advantanges of using artificial graphite materials under high temperature and pressure is obvious, comparing with other materials. Due to the small coefficient of linear expansion of artificial graphite material, graphite products have high stability in shape and size.
 

The graphite hot pressing dies is widely used in cemented carbide, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy, etc. for hot pressing and sintering under high temperature and high vacuum conditions. It can also be hot pressed and sintered under inflatable protection.
